Receive your application outcome

The NDIS would then come to a conclusion and notify you to let you know whether or not your application was successful with reasons.

Successful applicants will get a registration certificate detailing the services or support they are registered to provide, the duration of their registration, and the requirements they must adhere to maintain their registration.

For rejected applicants, you have three months from the decision date to contact the NDIS Commission and request a review. If your application is still denied after the review, you can appeal to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for a second opinion.
